Who is SRTI?
The Spaceport Research & Technology Institute, or SRTI, exists as an enabler for Research and Commercialization at the NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC). SRTI originally began as collaboration between ASRC Aerospace, under the University-affiliated Spaceport Technology Development Contract (USTDC), and the University of Central Florida (UCF) Office of Research & Commercialization.
The Consortium now includes universities from around the country.
Because SRTI represents the best access to the dozens of laboratories, test beds and research facilities at KSC. With the President's new commitment to commercial access to the International Space Station, and in moving beyond Low Earth Orbit, Florida has become an exciting place pursue research opportunities in new vehicles, new systems, and new technologies.
